I have an apt in DC that is only 2 years old and it has a very similar setup. Coffee shops and restaurants all within 4-5 blocks. This will be THE hot property in ST Pete "The EDGE" District. I'm sure many more to follow in other areas of FL Like Ft. Myers Jacksonville, Possibly Orlando. etc.
