Power Up makes the real money converting and dumping the common shares when the notes are not repaid.

At some point soon, if it hasn't already happened, Power Up will stop allowing Mexus to roll over the notes. Since that is the only source of funds Mexus has, the notes will mature and Power Up will start dumping the tens of millions of new shares they get from converting at about 1/3 of the current trading price.

And that will doom Mexus to sub-penny and reverse splits just to say afloat.
