Bullshit. Companies can’t pick and choose which shareholders get spinoffs/dividends and which ones can’t.

Buzzy talking directly to you does that constitute insider information. Buzzy hasn't told anybody anything of value he is a douchebag nothing else. The only way he can change who gets spin off shares is to move the date off Oct31st, 2017. Man that seems like an eternity. Totally embarrassed to have to admit I actually believed this was going to happen a very long time ago. Who could have guessed he would screw this up so long. Two years almost since the record day Buzzy come on get with the program already.
