I couldn’t agree more, especially with the deep pockets these guys run with....I don’t understand why they don’t just cough it up now upfront, and then deal with this shit after merger complete....maybe they will......but motion to strike is to force defendant to respond or lose....that means they aren’t in agreement or even trying to resolve.
