There it is! Bottom of last page on the 2019 Q2 for that wording.

And as of June 30, 2019 -

- Total liabilities - $1,146,394.02



The court documents - the new one from 9/27....Motion to strike -

that is because original Co. is unwilling to settle or come to an agreement in regards to this debt......am I misunderstanding this court document?

It seems he is completely unresponsive, and will drag this out...

Please share any and all thoughts of how you all interpret this.
