MMEX-scam has never been short of share-pushers, side-line scammers, and associated noise-makers.

MMEX-scam is clearly in control of the toxic lenders, and in the death-spiral loop enabled by trips vultures and wanna-be flippers.

There is no possibility that any legitimate source of capital, debt, or equity, would engage with MMEX-scam, a super-dilutive equity that has more than 2-billion shares outstanding, a number that grows larger every trading day.

No one is accumulating MMEX-scam shares in the financial sense - other than trips vultures and flippers, who are hoping to be part of the next pump, optimistically negating that a reverse split is inevitable.

Comical claims about accumulation (which isn’t happening), or establishing some sort of valuation (which is clearly close to zero), and other B.S. is hilarious beyond the pale.

MMEX-scam has firmly established its nature a share-selling scam. There’s no debate left on that topic. It is now just a matter of when the reverse split executes. The notes up next in the catastrophic MMEX-scam avalanche of dilution require it.

MMEX - You've Been Scammed!

NO BID.

Get use to it folks. HANKS SCREWED UP YET AGAIN.

He can't even run a penny stock share selling charade properly.

Was he too lazy to do the Reverse Split? Or just too incompetent.
I'm going with BOTH.

This gets worse from here, MUCH, MUCH WORSE.

I think Hanks is comfortable with the money he took from investors and will just walk away from this disaster.

LOL, Hope the TOXIC NOTE HOLDERS take a big hit on this one.
