Why not pay off the debt ?

I thought a company could NOT do a buy back if they were in the RED ?

Did Derek ever explain what happened to the 9 million missing "B" shares ?

FOllow the "B" shares as each one have a value of 5.33 times each common.

Back in 2017 all the insiders had "B" shares and converted them to common and sold em. Derek sold all this for .21 cents and bought a 3.4 million dollar home (Ocean view) ............

then they did the R/S and re created a new batch of "B" shares that had serious value and should have been used for acquisitions IMHO but DP stayed with Dominion Cap ????

I predicted years ago........TRTC would be sold ASAP once shareholders were fed p............


Looks like Reef may be the answer ......just don't let the Derek and Mike Nahass and Mike James walk out the door with that second batch of "B" shares IMHO
