I’ve been posting facts about EVTI and their scammers and promoters for 4 years. I don’t need updated that there are endless scams - that’s no revelation. EVTI is one of hundreds if not thousands of scams with scammer CEOs. My point is that not everyone paid the same price for EVTI as you claimed - “she/he paid what everyone else paid, like myself”. EVTI had been much higher, that’s simply a fact that’s discovered with minimal DD.
There were numerous warnings to traders about the contracts with unscrupulous players, the toxic financing, the promos, etc. etc., etc. Myself with many other factcheckers put Facts out there, it was each trader’s responsibility to follow up with DD or not.
The difference with Giguiere is he lost his toys - deservedly so.
