For me personally, such statements are very important to make the very difficult process a little more transparent.

I must admit that I had very little idea of this when buying Niocorp and never expected it to take many years.

I hope for the great breakthrough at the end of the year, then the time to commissioning hurts with a clear goal in mind not so much. The uncertainty has to get out.

I think it's worthy of mention - that this "Wainwright report"—would not be privy to any of the current NDA's—signed by Mark Smith and the financier parties involved in negotiations currently- with NioCorp.
(I mention this important detail only to highlight 'one' major unknown contributing factor in Wainwright arriving at a feasible conservative BUY rating of $0.90 usd). imo

Walter IMHO you own more shares then anyone who posts here. What do you think. I do my DD. Now to this post I'm responding to had 90 cent target price. You said much higher once financed. I have been reading here about 100 dollar prices ? Better get in NOW right. This a shovel ready project correct.
