If that is their strategy it does make sense. Owners lease the property and the store to the business for a greater tax write off, if they can do that in Co. Not sure of the laws there. Not much different than a business leasing it's vehicles instead of buying them so they can write off the expense. Now all we need is a good PR from the Co. explaining their complete business model. WTFDIK
