The final completion date of the facility has nothing to do with QMC since they have no control over the construction contractor.To imply that QMC is in some kind of shady deal is just plain irresponsable.

Who implied anything like that?

While they may not have anything to do with the construction, their financial results are directly tied to it. They put out the November/December timeline which seems increasingly unlikely. Why is it out of line to expect an update when material things materially deviate from what has been disclosed? Deviation from the plan with little or no update has been par for the course with the India deal. For example, we know there is another agreement of some sort subsequent to the one that was disclosed. Why haven't we seen it?
