That's a good question, Cliff. It's probably going to come out of our pockets in one way or another.

Unfortunately, A-trade will still be charging for the otc trades. This from their new commission schedule:

"A $6.95 commission applies to online trades of over-the-counter (OTC) stocks (stocks not listed on a U.S. exchange)."

I'm concerned that the zero commissions will result in worsening customer service and limited platform development .... it may not be good news in that respect.
