I predict that 1 M shares will be sold a month while 10 million will be acquired and

Restricted shares do not automatically turn into float shares. There's a process to it and it involves the transfer agent and apru. And if Tony makes a stink or drags his feet about removing the restricted ledger it may take a lawsuit to resolve.
