There is no "hidden," "confidential," or any other sort of secret deal. There is no such thing as an NDA that hides a mega-million dollar transaction for the equity of a company that is in bankruptcy proceedings. That's ridiculous to even put forward. Everything that has and will happen to the assets and equity of this company, save the cancellation of debt and equity once the Delaware court acts, has been disclosed by the monitor and the courts.

The debt ridden shell is a public company. The terms of a confidential agreement can be keep confidential for a while . But the agreement itself would have to be disclosed . And in this case it would have to be disclosed to the court the sec. the creditors and the shareholders . As of now this fantasyland agreement has been hidden from them all . Which is why it is trading like the debt ridden insolvent empty shell it is.
