The reason has nothing to do with hopelessness. This company is following their business plans. The price is much lower than where it should be with their science and product designs.

Ignore the bitter few that got burned in the JF/OTC P&D from 2017.

DGF is pressuring OWCP to provide volume to dump into - therefore the insiders including DGF were doing wash trades to create a fake run so they could dump more shares.

The SEC needs to bluesheet these trades.
