The posting of an unsubstantiated statement has no validity because the case hasn't even made it's way through the courts yet..

How can a defendant be forced to disgorge anything when there's been no ruling of guilt .

He's been charged and assets have been frozen.

First, any money from selling the house which I believe Friedland owned before he and Bignitz got in bed for the pump and dump - but the money goes to the SEC coffers.

It is meaningless to post this type of information without providing proof.

If you read the SEC complaint - it is very clear that the SEC believes OWCP was complicit in the fraud. They wouldn't allow OWCP to benefit from fraudulent activity.
