Can't answer your questions, but I agree that more difficult conditions are possible for PE companies down the road.

For that and other reasons, I sold some of my PIOE shares this summer. I plan to continue holding the shares I currently own and may possibly buy more depending on the price action after PIOE reports its Q3 results (around Oct. 31).

(P.S. With all the controversies surrounding POTUS, it wouldn't surprise me to see a significant correction in most of the broader based stock indices. I currently have about 60% of my stock portfolio in cash.)
