I agree there's more to this. Food for thought. After what happened with Ontario, possible they wanted to restructure the voting structure so they have more leverage in future potential negotiations with other investors. There's gotta be other offers on the table. If Magnolia and Ontario saw the potential here, others must have as well. Not to mention Magnolia and Ontario are Canadian companies. There's gotta be a US company currently interested in this product.
