I did a little math on what you are postulating. There are currently 5,030,169,697 Hemp, Inc. shares outstanding. That figures out to a market cap of $60,362,041.94 if you takes today's approximate price of 0.012.

Bruce's 31% stake would be worth approximately $18,712,233 at the approx. current price of 0.012. If he did a reverse stock split of 1:10, he would soon have his stake worth about 1/10th of that, or about $1.87 million.

Now, the question becomes, how much would he have to dilute to make up for the approx. $16,84 million loss resulting from the split. I personally believe I would not go for the dilution -- even if my conscience allowed for it. It does not add up for me.
