In my opinion, it should be an SEC matter. Real estate that was paid for by the company disappeared for no compensation. If you take some time to due diligence, it will be perfectly clear that is what happened.
If you want your money back, the best bet is to file a Whistleblower's complaint with the SEC. The first SOL for the 2014 K is summer 2020. The SEC takes its time on investigations.
Simply:
1. Refer to the real estate and the relevant addresses. 2. Refer to the 2 10K's that were filed. 3. Refer to the transactions that transferred the real estate for no compensation.
