For the reasons that follow we find no basis for reversal of any of appellants' convictions; we remand for consideration of re-sentencing in accordance with Crosby; and we vacate the restitution orders imposed on Laken and Reifler and remand for further proceedings in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 3663A and 3664.
