How long is to long to get a assist operational? I've been hearing of furture Cali operations coming online for almost 2 years now. Talk about a crawl

Yea that’s all I remember too. The Western Ave deal closed last year, but the Desert Inn deal should have closed within 90 days of the PR, I’m pretty sure we’re about 2 months over that timeline now. Somethings going on with that sale, that cash won’t be on the books for q3 now either.

Also probably why the share price is still slipping, they don’t have the cash for the buybacks yet
