OTCMkts has already re-inserted Xu as the CEO and legal counsel. IMO it’s only a matter of short time when the matter is over. The previous owner waits right before the merger is announced to halt the action...after several 8ks are filed with SEC and the attorney’s letter is issued declaring that there are no impediments to the merger. IMO this is probably an extortion attempt to get a piece of an action someone underestimated.
