Thank you. As you know, any criticism is met with swift action. Any sliver of hope evolves (devolves) into some pie-in-the-sky theory that Nader is going to pull off the deal of the century.

Today’s theory is that the call was great because the reason Nader can’t talk is because we are SOOOO close to a deal that we are in a quiet period. If we were in a quiet period, they could and should, say it!

The lawyers told him to STFU because his predictions never come true! My company just ran into issues with another government agency, the FTC, regarding a merger of two organizations. They put the kibosh on it for no reason after dragging their feet for months. This was a $600MM deal in a space where there is lots of competition, yet we see mergers of billion dollar telecom companies that consolidates consumer choice to just three or four companies. What’s my point? The point is these bureaucrats can put their finger on the scale when they wish....especially with smaller companies.

CYDY needs an industry champion at the helm, with juice. Nader is not polished enough to sit and present. His behavior on CC’s is embarrassing. While I applaud his enthusiasm, we need a measured, focused leader. Nader is a salesman...and a good one until now. As a CEO, his track record is deplorable.

Keep him on as Chief Administrative Officer and get a damn industry CEO!

All the best to you and all

Approval will come. If pro-140 makes it through all trials with no serious side effect and it actually does something then there is no reason not to approve it. It's like playing with house money. All it does is help.

About a split and uplist it wouldn't work until the company has revenue. I would say profits but, to get profits we need revenue. Most stocks that split pre-revenue wind up back where they were. The SP could hit 4-5$ but it would just drop back down.

I wager approval is still indefinitely likely than your ever becoming a credible or successful biotech analyst...
