Are you sure that T-Mobile is a customer of TriCascade? All the updates read to me like TriCascade will be a customer of T-Mobile, using their narrow band network to make their IoT devices work. T-Mobile may help them get customers, but I don't think T-Mobile, themselves, will be buying anything from TriCascade.
