Negative Retained Earnings as of March 31, 2017; —$9,455,665.88.
Negative Retained Earnings as of June 30, 2017; —$9,401,676.43.
Then the approximate $9.4 million doesn’t show up on the Financial Statements anymore.
Why did the negative Retained Earnings disappear?
You should have an Audit Committee of share holders, I would volunteer to be on that committee.
