Peng legally acquired the company and got the company current through proper filings. Kenneth Brimmer filed an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation with the Minnesota Secretary of State on 9/26 stating he was CEO which led to the control dispute. It's obvious to see the merger coming and like any typical con man play, opportunity to gouge Peng and crew for some money. OR, orchestrate the Control Dispute to profit on shares shorted and now profit on shares purchased at these levels. No honor among Thieves.
Hope Peng and Crew can get this resolved quickly and move on to creating amazing companies.
I think it could be entirely an inside job all working together so that each can enjoy a piece of the pie. Let everybody play their games as long as we shareholders get our piece of the pie too.
