For the sake of shareholders? Since the new owners of the shell will own and control 85% of the OS, why not. The new owners (as majority shareholders) will benefit greatly by moving there company into this shell.

Regarding your DD leading you to believe Longshine Bio is the new company. I have doubts on your DD as well.

I did some quick checking and found...

The Longshine Bio website says Longshine Bio is located in China at the following address...

5-405,Matrix Int’l Ctr, NO.515 Yuhangtang Road, Gongshu District, Hangzhou, China


The Nevada SOS says the company merging into TRDX is located in Taiwan at the following address...

2F-2, 5F-2, No.669, Sec. 5,, Chung-Hsiao E. Rd, Taipei, 11061, TWN


My other source (the world map) confirms that Taipei,Taiwan is nowhere near Hangzhou, China.

Therefore, I believe your DD is incorrect.
