PR Fraud, 8k fraud, false partnerships ever since Jack Brewer, depositions going on for civil trial with LG Capital in January.

Just as there has been other arrests for CEO fraudulent PR and false partnerships, noted on DOJ and FBI sites, going to get JF indicted!

Special animal Viva is too. Because going to be busted for no NYC, Queens business license tax evasion and fraudulently not registering as foreign Corporation in NY tax evasion. JF trying to play this one out and act ignorant because he knows most victims are also. He also will owe money for the past also. Ignorance to tax fraud is considered Tax Fraud. Besides, JF's complete history is not exercising the duty and care required to be a CEO of a public company.
