The debt to equity swap dont need an equity because both are just claims... A debt claim being replaced by equity claims... LOL, LOL!

WE ALL KNOWS THAT LOST OF EQUITY IS THE PROBLEM IN THIS BANKRUPTCY AND OUR HOPE IS IN THE NOL. HA HA!

Lol joe I been saying the code on this site has a few glitches, try sending me a PM and screen shot what it says lol.

Any who as for equity lehman actually does. Once jersey and others confirmed they still have all of there shares in there account that is indeed equity. And you are a bit confused on a debt for equity. Check my previous post and battle it.

Your responses are getting bland joe. I expect more from the distressed debt specialist :)
