So I have a question, if they do a share buy back with the 10m in cash, could they do that b4 the dividend? Also, if they did it before the dividend would that put dividend cash back into the company coffer or would/could they retire those shares before the dividend pays and then the dividend goes to the remaining 2ish Billion shares, or whatever it is, but making it a larger payout to the share holders? I think either option, cash in the coffer or larger share to the shareholders makes this a win to all shareholders.

EDIT: Bare with me on the DD for this, I am super busy on a work project and only get a few minutes to read these boards so while I am long here I haven't done any real DD in a few weeks so this info is super new to me.
