Well, the SEC did NOT say IFLM would go to the Greys. And this is a proposed rule. It won't become effective till sometime next year. And depending on the comments, revisions may have to be made, which will delay the process further.

Got me. I didnt notice that they did specifically refer to dark companies as well as sec deliquent companies.

The SEC may be trying to clean up the OTC and it will prob be good when they do, but that day is not today nor will this affect this ticker any time soon so no reason to fear that.
