With a company that has more tangible near term prospects that can get investors excited and enable a capital raise at a higher valuation. There are options, but the status quo isn't going to prove fruitful.
I'm surprised Ms. Snider hasn't done anything to this point. She could easily do a convertible preferred with shareholder friendly terms. Puzzling to me that the Board has done nothing as the share price got crushed and has languished here for almost a year.
