I believe he said that, due to the success of the drug, the FDA asked them to get data on 50 patients at higher dosage. He said they will have 51 by the end of October, and expect to file BLA in November or early December.

Also, I didn't hear him say that the previously announced possible NBA deal was off. What he said was that they are far enough along in negotiations that he can no longer comment about it at all. He will comment only when it is done, one way or another.

Didn't others hear these things?
