Yeah you got a point it could mean jack shiite. But if you suss in all the factors (bottom in, filings coming out, positive news alluded too etc) it could also mean those who are reloading are about to get rewarded. Whatever. Not sure this is a good time to let the grass grow under your feet on this. Seems to have some more life in it. I guess we'll see.
