All better start making noise because Merck is hiding info and PS Targeting IP was held back again ...by John Springs Stafford

None of the institutional buying in the past year and beyond was due to the IP. It has little to no value. That is why the BOD doesn't speak of it and the analyst don't have questions about it. This company is a CDMO (check the ticker symbol). It will rise and fall on that.
