ST - I agree. I’d like to see how he’s being compensated bc someone or his caliber is worth $300k-$500k/year in terms of salary. If VRUS is giving him a model salary $160-200k then a huge stock compensation plan....then that tells you what he thinks is coming....

Also, I checked out his LinkedIn for additional details - great hire no doubt. Incredible talent....but it seems like maybe this was more of a move for Mphase and VRUS will be a beneficiary.

His experience is almost 100% in tech and telecoms not CPGs. When it comes to strategy you kind of specialize, almost like a doctor...seems his speciality is tech.

With that said - I’m sure he can value acquisitions and help craft VRUS’ long term strategy no doubt. Just saying, seems like he really fits in on the Mphase of Anshus business dealings.

Or, looked at from another perspective — he does have a little food (CPG) experience - so if you factor in what VRUS does with the Garnock and disruption labs connection which is more technology oriented (nanotechnology) then he kind of bridges that gap a little.

Idk just thinkin.

Great hire regardless. Can’t believe an OTC play has a general counsel focused on M&A
