Trust me Mrbig...I have been here many moons myself, Mc can vouch for that ! Because of my work and after hours work, I mostly just read all of yall's posts and try to keep up. This whole concept of APDN was a no brainer, to me, I saw it could work, in my mind, anyway. But I also knew that it would be a long haul, but it has tested my patience, much like my redheaded wife !! ...Bluetick

Yeah Mr Big, when Blue Tick talked about his pride with the Youth, wasn't us.

Arkansas Razorbacks vs. Texas A&M, NCAA football. North Carolina (your Boys) almost upsetting Clemson too, nuther cause for pride:).

Jim Hayward screwing the longs with another reverse split. Ahhh, not so much.

We weren't off topic;). Trying to find an Ivestors Compesation and Rights in Multiple/Serial Reverse Split events.

Not likely, but I'm looking. Had a 60:1 split to open on the NASDAQ at $6 with approx. 18 million in outstanding shares.
We're approaching, maybe past 54 million shares now. And down next to nuthing (1/120th) of $6.

Sucks to be us. AGStock told us of the vote to expand their option printing power to a quater billion cap back in 2012.

In my head, with all these new shares printed, we're close to that. I'll ask.

Shareholders' Rights? Maybe grandfather in shares held in November 2015 and still held to be waivered from reverse split. Remain at same amont of shares held on our rise to NASDAQ.

We signed on to 18 million shares after all. This expansion 54 million and then another reverse split is an extraodinary burden on long term retail holders.

I can be purchased;)
