As it refers to SMME, a NETWORK Card I JUST changed...also have internal POS System Cards...GLTU

**Beginning and ending data is included on the proof.

The blue or red line around the card is the cut line and will not show up on
your actual cards.

The art & data proof attached will represent the actual card when produced.

If all is OK, check appropriate boxes (art & back of card wording), sign,
date and scan to e-mail or fax back to me as soon as possible at *********
.

If you would like changes, mark them on the proof as needed and send back to
me as soon as you can. If the changes are minor and on the back you may
check the middle box saying OK to proceed with changes. We will make sure
the changes are made before printing.

Production time is approximately 21 working days from our receipt of your
signed & approved art & data proof.
