I think NOL's last 20 years. After they are 20 years old they will fall off and the remaining NOL's will slowly get smaller as the years go by. I will have to double check but I think there was an ownership change with AFFY so they won't be able to utilize the full half billion NOL's, only a percentage of them.
AFFY and MYRX both have Jonathan Couchman as CEO. I like both but I think MYRX is of better value. AFFY has nearly $6M market cap while MYRX has under $1M market cap. MYRX has had recent filings for buying shares of another biotech company. Couchman owns a lot more shares of MYRX than AFFY.
I think we are close to merger here. Remaining outstanding shares have cleared the DTC. First change since 2014! I think Couchman utilizes AFFY very soon IMO
Those are the state NOL’s which are only $10 million vs $480 million Federal NOL’s $AFFY has plenty of time to find a merger candidate. This will be trading a lot higher once the corporate tax rate is increased to 28%! At that point the value of AFFY’s NOL’s will be $134 million! Should be nearly $2 stock price
