Yeah I read that, but that 8-k is only officially announcing the PR which is where you get that quote - but that doesn’t answer my question.

That 8-k and PR only says that they are entering the acquisition

“Pacific Ventures Group began its due diligence process earlier this year and expects to close the transaction after both parties complete their legal review.”

But they also have to file another 8-K after the acquisition is complete - right?
