You raise a very good point. Craig Schneider & Chris Bogart hold more shares of IN than any other shareholder. They founded the co. Schneider epitomizes the word sleaze. Looking back on the last couple yrs under Adams with no info coming out,everything cloaked in secrecy, no IR & at the very end we find out they prob had nothing all along reeks of Schneider. So to your point I would not be surprised if Schneider is pulling puppet Adams strings on this. Bogarts MJ co. Choom has also tanked of late with questionable deals where millions of shares went to various individuals. On the bright side, both Schneider & Bogie hold I believe upwards of 10mil shares each so they obv want to pump this up again at some point before it implodes.
