With so many shares (164,000,000) having been recently issued at $0.00073 per share, and another "equity finance package" looming, I'm reluctant to buy shares at these prices, and if I did, I certainly wouldn't hold overnight.
Since PCTL only announces financing in the 10Q, my guess is that an equity package has already been worked out and it includes an upcoming increase in the A/S (which they'll have to announce) and a mandatory registration statement.
