It's October 2nd. However, let's say it was September 26th. I think the stock is in pretty good shape since then and will continue moving up. Most insiders are in at a much higher price than where it is right now.
While I agree with you on your rationalization of most penny stocks, this is a REAL company that was only trading at these levels because of their recent financing. Don't need to get on board but don't include this company with garbage either. Give them a chance to execute. You might just be surprised.
