disagree. r/s will happen quickly and will be a whopper.

a company does not announce a r/s and then

1) drag its feet on the hopes that pps will rise on its own above $1, which in this case is impossible given the abundance of recent/imminent dilution (ie, market cap would have to go thru the roof for pps to reach $1 in the wake of the dramatically increased outstanding share count;

and 2) in face of the pressure by nasdaq to regain compliance expeditiously.

if they did get the green light from the nasdaq panel, you know the latter had to hold its nose due to the recent aggressive and eye brow raising accounting moves by apdn to book revenues/stockholders' equity via the theracann/vitatex transactions.

Yeah JL! Asking you to dig into what ever proxy ballot comes our way after October 4th and share your voting choices.

At this time, I think it's going to be a single measure to have a reverse split with 5 options

6-to-one
  15-to-one
  30-to-one
  45-to-one
  60-to-one
And nothing else. I'm opposed, wholly opposed to a reverse split, but without a swelling of retail holders, longs don't stand a chance. Wondering why Monty is buying in so heavily, but he's down at the LOW END already. Any retail, long holder is SCREWED. And I are 1.

I do appreciate your point of view. I stopped crying like a jilted junior high prom queen on reading it. I believe October 4th's proxy release will help us see the path planned by Hayward forward.

Thank You
