It was suggested long ago that certain elements would like to keep F&F encumbered and in LIMBO, and if done so long enough, another financial crisis would come along which would surely kill them off this time and TBTFs would win the war that started sometime before 2008. Think about it a little bit. We remain encumbered and we remain in limbo. Some economists are already talking about recession.
