That had to be around March April? It did run up for a daily high I think and to my knowledge this whole time they had a deal in the works which is why I initially got in. The new reverse merger is signed and agreed, the San Diego Farmers merger was a few months back, check the last 8-K for the newest info on $30M + company coming in. In legal review with both co's ongoing, once done, completion announcement and 8-K this will rocket to silver maybe more overtime.
