What information did you gather from them? So far, from multiple conversations, it’s seemed all they will verify is they are the accountants on record and won’t discuss anything else.

Just because the shysters' retained auditors, that does bot mean they are actually working on them. Just so all know. Auditors don't put the financials together. That's up to the companies accountants or another 3rd party accountant. Auditors cannot audit their own work. Another thing is a Form 10 needs the last two years of financials. What LAHO claimed to be about to file was fiscal years ended November 30, 2016 and 2015. What about 2017, 2018, and 2019?? They STILL need to do them all as they need to get there. Can't base the last two years on nothing. The Auditors will insist on seeing them all, and will not sign off on them without them. They can't...

And as I've said before. Anything they were intending on filings before will likely need to be done over. They need to be True, Correct, and Complete as the SEC will be taking a very close look.
