I wonder when the R/S will be revealed.

They're not an SEC filer, btw. They filed a Form 15 back in 2009.

That report will contain much information from the date of the company's last report with the SEC

The identity of this and our other assets will be revealed in the information statement we will be filing with OTC Markets next week (probably Monday or Tuesday, rather than Friday).

Now, let's see if "rather than" holds up.
