"bivi withdrew their attempt for nazdaq registration on 9/25" A little help, please? I can't find any statements to that effect.
"LE, and EE sold all their shares in bivi" "per todays 10k(they are no longer listed as individual shareholders)" That's a non sequitur. (Note: There were 4 entities related in some fashion to the Ehrlich's...LE, EE, RG and RGN Brothers Trust...in last year's Table).
All were listed in the last 10-K because they were 5% holders. The BioVie outstanding share count has doubled since the time of that filing, so even if they held every one of their shares they would no longer appear in the Table. Hence their absence from the Table is not an indicator that ""LE, and EE sold all their shares in bivi". So maybe they did and maybe they didn't....unless you know one way or another from some other source.
